Resumen
In 1934, Norman Lewis and his Sicilian brother-in-law set out for the cathedral in Seville -- but then civil war somewhat disrupted their plans. With no trains running, they were forced to walk 100 miles on foot, sleeping in caves and dodging bullets. Enroute, however, they got to see parts of Spain -- and indeed, after a slight detour, Portugal -- not normally on the tourist trail. Finally arriving safely in Seville, they found the Corvaja family tomb -- but even here, there were surpises in store for the two intrepid travellers.<
